Frequently Asked Questions

Find the most common questions about auction, bidding, payment, and delivery flows on Heyseja.

The auction selling model is operated only by Heyseja and corporate sellers. Individual users cannot publish auction listings directly.

Individual sellers can submit product photos and details through the "Sell with Us" flow. If approved, the sales process is managed together with Heyseja and payment is transferred to the seller.

During payment, depending on the sales model, buyers receive either the relevant corporate seller's IBAN or Heyseja's corporate IBAN information.

No. Sellers do not directly access the buyer's full address. After the auction ends, the seller requests a shipment code; the system generates and shares the shipping code without exposing buyer address details.

All bids are listed on the auction detail page, while bidder names are shown in shortened/masked format for privacy.

You can register from the "Sign Up" flow in the main menu. After email verification, your account can use bidding and other marketplace actions.

On the auction detail page, enter your amount and confirm "Place Bid". The bid must be above the current amount and comply with minimum increment rules.

A default address is required for safe and accurate delivery if you win. Without address information, the bidding flow cannot proceed.

Basit Kargo integration enables access to multiple cargo firms from a single panel, supports competitive shipping costs, and standardizes shipment operations.

The system allows bidding on up to 3 different active listings at the same time.

The payment window for the winning buyer is 1 day. If payment is not completed within this period, the system can transfer the auction to the next highest bidder or close the flow.

After payment, the seller must initiate the shipping flow within 4 days at most. If this period is exceeded, auction status is updated by the system.

Separate scores are kept for buyers and sellers. As a buyer, you get a positive score for paying on time and a negative score if payment is not made by the deadline. As a seller, you get a positive score for shipping on time and the item reaching the buyer, and a negative score if shipping information is not entered within 4 days after payment. Positive or negative feedback from the buyer after delivery also affects the seller score. The seller score is shown on listing pages as a trust indicator.

If you do not complete payment within the required period (1 day), you cannot place new bids for 7 days. If you are a seller and do not enter shipping information within 4 days, you cannot create new auctions for 7 days. Permanent account closure or removal from the platform is at Heyseja's discretion in cases of serious rule violations, fraud, or repeated violations; details are set out in the Terms of Service.

No. Our system does not support cash on delivery. The flow is as follows: buyers place bids; when the auction ends, the highest bidder is declared the winner and notified by email. The winning buyer must complete payment within 24 hours. After payment is received, the seller initiates the shipping process.
